Glow 26.4 – System Analysis Software
Glow is a system analysis software developed by Eray Türkay. It allows you to see the hardware and software features of your computer in an easy way. It is designed with a simple and understandable interface so that even someone who does not understand computers can learn detailed information about the system.
No system information is transferred to any other medium outside your computer. Therefore it is completely secure. Programmed with C# and .NET Framework only. No external libraries, no dependencies.
The best part is that it offers for free the features that other paid programs offer.

Changes in Glow 26.4:
- Glow’s reading, processing, and memory management infrastructure has been optimized; all sections now load up to 60% faster, memory usage has been reduced by 20%, and the application has been stabilized to operate with an average memory consumption of 50–60 MB.
- TS Preloader’s boot time has been improved by 60%, allowing Glow to start significantly faster. In addition, for new settings introduced via updates, missing configuration keys are now automatically detected and added to the existing configuration file if they are absent or were not created for any reason.
- The disk infrastructure has been redesigned. Disks that were previously listed on a partition basis are now displayed as a single entry per physical disk, with multiple partitions consolidated under the same disk. BitLocker status is presented in a unified and summarized form by considering all partitions, and manufacturer detection has been made more reliable. With these improvements, disk section performance has increased by 75%.
- The CPU section has been completely reprogrammed. Multi-processor support has been added, along with various modernization improvements. Active core count display has been introduced, and L1/L2/L3 cache calculations have been made more accurate for hybrid architectures.
- A detailed DirectX support summary has been added to the Graphics Card section, clearly displaying all supported DirectX versions and the maximum supported DirectX level, along with support for multiple GPUs of the same model.
- The Feature Experience Pack version information has been added to the Operating System section, allowing installed Windows feature and experience updates to be displayed more clearly.
- The Cache Cleaning Tool has been improved; icon and thumbnail cleaning has been expanded, a safe Explorer restart has been integrated, and the overall process has been made more stable.
- The Bluetooth Information Tool has been optimized; thanks to the restructured PowerShell infrastructure, adapter detection and analysis time have been accelerated by up to 70%.
- A Debug section has been added under Settings in the top menu. When enabled, a log folder is created within the Glow directory; logs can be viewed, deleted, or exported to the desktop as a ZIP file. Logs are never automatically uploaded or transferred to any remote server. This feature does not contain personal data, is enabled by default, and can be disabled optionally.
- Multi-language management has been updated; when missing translations are detected, the system automatically falls back to English default values.
Fixed Bugs
- Cross-process errors that occasionally caused crashes during Glow’s startup have been resolved; the application now starts in a more stable and clean manner.
- The TS Theme Mode Helper module has been updated; operating system integration has been improved, and handle leaks and resource management issues have been fixed.
- All issues causing stuttering, brief freezes, and sudden jumps in second-by-second updated data across all sections have been fully resolved.
- Excessive uxtheme.dll calls that caused white flickering during startup in dark mode have been eliminated; UI rendering has been stabilized.
- Critical issues on Windows 10 that caused stuttering and a slow-motion effect while dragging windows have been fixed; window movements are now smooth.
- In the Disk section, issues related to duplicated multi-partition disks, incorrect disk selector entries, incorrect type counts, missing BitLocker status, and synchronization problems during disk changes have been fixed.
- In the Graphics Card section, VRAM inconsistencies on systems with multiple GPUs of the same model have been resolved.
- In the Operating System section, an issue that prevented the informational messages of BSOD action buttons from updating when the language was changed has been fixed.
- All tools within Glow have undergone a comprehensive maintenance process, during which numerous issues were identified and resolved. As a result of these improvements, all tools now operate more efficiently, stably, and accurately.
- An issue causing an extra trailing blank line when saving the configuration file has been fixed.
Changes
- The settings management infrastructure in the TS Modules library has been improved; settings keys and container structures are now updatable and re-orderable, and module naming has been aligned with established standards.
- The DNS address update applied to the Network section in Glow v26.3 has been reverted; due to Windows manual DNS priority behavior, the structure was optimized and previous issues were resolved.
- Second-by-second updated data in the Operating System section (such as system uptime and runtime) has been improved to provide more accurate results and a cleaner presentation.
- In the Disk section, capacity calculation, disk type detection, and detail presentation have been improved; information is now more accurate and readable. Visual blocks in the Disk Distribution area have been updated to use a rounded design.
- The Graphics Card selection box now distinguishes multiple GPUs with the same name by displaying identifiers such as #1 and #2.
- When Privacy Mode is enabled, the Monitor Serial Number information is now hidden.
- In the Battery section, when the Battery Type information is detected as “Li-Ion,” it is now automatically translated into the selected language.
- The page navigation algorithm using arrow keys has been updated. The Down and Right arrow keys now navigate pages from top to bottom, while the Up and Left arrow keys navigate from bottom to top. Additionally, cyclic navigation support between the first and last pages has been improved.
- With this release, a modern Panel component has been added to the TS Custom Controls library.
- Windows 11’s rounded corner design has been integrated into the TS Preloader, About, and Screen Overlay windows, providing a more modern appearance.
