Moving a page updates the bookmarks that refer to that page.
Insert image on rotate page goes to the correct spot.

Changing pages using the the page control toolbar now scrolls to the new page and selects it.
Scrolling the main page view changes the selected page to that in view.
Opening a new document always opens to page 1 regardless of the previous page selection.
