• Fixed: Drawing a list of a lot of files grouped by something with only a few levels could cause a drawing crash.
• Changed: Default theater view file info template for Video shows the info icons like those used for Movies. v3.0 of the templates file. Reminder: your current templates file is backed up in the library directory.
• Fixed: Corrected some skin issues (thanks EnglishTiger).
• Changed: Logs output the system time as a standard ISO 8601 UTC timestamp, instead of the time since application start.
• Fixed: The new “Always on” HDR-to-HDR mode in JRVR didn’t properly account for the desired peak brightness.
• Fixed: When showing Rich Data images in the Playing Now display, it would crash when there was only 1 image.
• Changed: Moved the side surrounds after the rear surrounds for 7.1.4 layouts (after testing).
• Fixed: Corrected several skin problems (thanks EnglishTiger).
• NEW: Introduced new options in JRVR to better control HDR to HDR tone mapping (always on mode, and clipping to the target).
• Fixed: Passing an empty increment to the counter expression would increment zero instead of one.
• Changed: Update libplacebo used in JRVR to the latest version.
• Fixed: Using the new padding for counter expression would set the reset value to 0 instead of a big number when it was left empty (so the counter would keep starting over).

Changes in JRiver Media Center 34.0.31 (2025-06-03):

• Fixed: DSP channel selection could not work properly since the recent addition of 7.1.4.
• Changed: Reverted the database version change from the last build.
• NEW: Rich Data images can be sequentially shown in the Playing Now display for the current file with the “Cover Art” style. Right click the display and select “Rich Data Images…” from the menu.
• NEW: Added an optional padding parameter to the Counter expression function.
• Changed: Updated the Catalan language (thanks Josep).
• Changed: Updated to Monkey’s Audio 11.14 — fixes CUE file problems.
