I haven't spoken on the new utorrent for some time now so I'll give you my updated opinion.. First of all, I've gotten used the the new GUI and I like the way the menu on the left is laid out. It keeps everything you have in the queue sorted out such as... Downloading | Seeding | Completed | Active | Inactive and Labels, if you use them.
There are 2 window panes to the right of the Menu window. The upper one lists your queued torrents. The bottom window has 6 tabs.. Files, Info, Peers, Ratings, Trackers, Speed. Utorrent has now added advertisement torrents just below the toolbar. There is also a featured torrent ad at the bottom below the left menu window. I find this annoying, to say the least, and there are no configuration settings to turn them off so you're stuck with them. Other than that, the Configurations are pretty much the same, perhaps a few new ones added. Regardless, you should always manually set up your configurations and not use the default settings.
I always say, if you don't know much about torrent clients, then maybe you shouldn't be downloaded torrents. Also know your trackers. There are some that stalk what you are doing so be aware of that by doing some reading on trackers.

My final rating on the new 3.2.2 version of utorrent, even factoring in the ads, is a 5 out of 5. Once you get used to the new interface, you'll love it.

I'm a noob to torrents and having fun with them. I tried them all at default settings, and found Bit Torrent to be tops for me. I thought Tixati was the best, but I can't figure out why downloading at 70 KBs sucks up most of my bandwidth that runs at 10MB/s very strange. I tried looking through options and can;t seem to find anything that works. So sticking with Bit Torrent for now
