(-) IE10 is beta with ActiveX problems. Also you can not uninstall Flash Player in any way! You can think that it is uninstalled, but NOT! Try installing of old version and look at system directory. If you need old flash player for programs that required old version of Flash Player, then you are loser! And you have to return to Windows 7!

You can navigate to find options that was offered via Start menu. It’s rather annoying yes, if you play with it for a while you will develop a learning curve. Thus making the tile layout and all the other changes tolerable. If you’ve used IOS/Android relative devices you’ll likely learn quicker what Microsoft was trying to accomplish.
