Yes I think so - at least concerning IS360
Apparently several download sites has pulled the connection to the download option for IS360.
Probably has to do with some legal side issue to the current situation.
But IObit writes that it will be remedied soon.

Security 360 doesn't seem to update its database as often now, 2 days as of today and still no update, Malwarebytes' welcome home winked

IObit 360 (its vendor) was accused to steal malware signatures from other vendors/sec.apps (MBAM is one of them), so they had to remove a majority of its entire data signature. Now it's very poor & the updates (its quantity) dropped "big time".. They really made a big stupidity...
